Austin Leep
Hi, I'm Austin, and I'm a local home builder with deep roots in the craft, bringing hands-on experience and pride with every project I take on. Before stepping into building full homes, I honed my skills as a professional trim carpenter - a role I continue to practice today. That foundation shapes everything I do, from the precision in the smallest details to the overall quality of the finished home.
I believe the difference is in the details. Whether is custom trim work, cabinetry, or the final touches that bring a home to life, I stay personally involved to ensure the highest level of craftmanship. My approach blends traditional skill with modern building practices, creating homes that are not only structurally sound but thoughtfully finished. As both a builder and an active carpenter, I offer a unique perspective; I don't just manage projects - I build them. I understand what it takes on-site, I respect the process, and I take pride in delivering work that stands the test of time. For me, it's simple - build it right, build it well, and make it something worth being proud of.
Zach Norris
Hi, I'm Zach! I was born in Cody and grew up in the community of Wapiti, Wyoming. As a youth, there were few tools that were safe from my hands. I was always trying to create something - from a fort in the barn, a hideout in the sage brush, bird houses, and even a parachute....my brother, however, would not test it out so nobody knows if it would have worked. I was definitely raised by patient people.
After coming home from the army, I worked in several fields. Eventually I met my wife and we moved to Billings. I had always wanted to make my way back to construction and with my wife's blessing and the good Lord's help, I started a new career trimming houses with Austin. During that time we met a lot of good contractors and subs, with plenty of not-so-desirable ones as well. My favorite part of the building process is organizing all of the pieces & keeping to the building schedule as tight as possible with each trade requiring room to perform their craft. With all the knowledge and attention to detail that we've learned, we have been able to put together very well-built homes and only use the contractors that we feel are the best, with our hands in every bit of the process.
